Every business has a black box. These are the processes nobody else sees but you.
I find the ones worth automating so you get time back.
I'm Colin, a Carlsbad local who builds AI automations for owners.
I'm Colin, and I build AI automations here in North County.
You probably already know the signs.
Time-wasting tasks usually look like this:
You hate doing it:
If you or your staff groan every time it comes up, a machine won't mind.
Same steps every time:
If you could write the steps on a sticky note, a machine can probably follow them.
Copy and paste:
Moving the same info from one place to another is a job for software, not people.
Checking and re-checking:
If it gets double-checked because mistakes are easy, a machine can do it the same way every time.
Hand that work to a machine and it gets done faster, with fewer mistakes. You get those hours back for selling, or for family and friends.
Reviewing all your tasks is step one, and it's free.
How it Works
From black box to working automation.
- 1
Unpack (free, 20 to 30 minutes):
We look inside your black box to find the biggest wins.
- 2
Plan ($500):
I find the best tools for your situation and give you options and prices.
- 3
Build (from $2,000):
I build it, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
- 4
Support (from $200):
I keep it running, fix what breaks, and send a monthly report on the time it saved.
I've saved businesses over 20,000 hours per year by removing busywork and automating boring work.
My philosophies
Meaningful Work
Owners solve real problems for their customers. My job is to take the boring, repetitive work off their plate so they can do more of that.
Focus
Far too many people are building tools with AI that don't contribute to the objective of the business. Tokens are only efficient if they're reducing cost.
The 20% Rule
If you could be just 20% better and 20% faster than the competition, you'll run circles around them. I'd love to help you achieve that.
What others have said about my work
"I think your only job should be AI integration."
"Love the pop-up at the end telling you which reports were run and how many entries were on them. Great stuff."
"I love it. I think we should advertise this tool. Not only does it generate reports, it also helps locate things faster. I wish I had more than two thumbs."
"I think it's great! Let's get it out to the rest of the team."
"Just tried out your new automation... very, very cool and amazing to watch in real time. Can't wait to give it out to folks."
About
I’m Colin. I live in Carlsbad and I build AI automations for local business owners in North County.
I take on the stuff that owners already know is a waste of time: the same steps every week, the copy-and-paste between systems, the double-checks that exist because mistakes are easy. I spent years in financial compliance where the process had to be right every time or it created real problems. That taught me to look for the steps that are already clear enough for a machine to follow, then build only those.
That is the standard I work to: something that runs, that you can see working, and that you approve before it goes live.
If you want to see what is inside your own black box, the first conversation is free and takes 20 to 30 minutes. We look at the work that is already repeating, I tell you what is worth automating, and you decide if it makes sense to go further.
I don't sell financial products, don't offer investment advice, and cannot accept clients in the financial-services industry.
Not everything needs automating.
Find the one thing worth automating first, and what to leave alone.
